Chiefly used by our customers in the automotive and metalworking industries for dimensional and geometric inspection, our gauging stations are designed and produced to fulfil the customer’s DPDs and according to their specifications.

Gauging stations may be of the “Go / NoGo” type, plating gauges, positioning gauges, torsion gauges and misalignment gauges etc.

After validation of the mechanical drawings, gauging stations are machined, assembled and checked using our 6-axis measuring arm or our three-dimensional measuring machine in our precision engineering workshops.

We provide a dimensional inspection report with the station on delivery, if required.
